We have a new and exciting High Ropes Course which will be available from the 1st of June 2009. The course is a team building developmental course which will challenge everyone from ages 8 to 80.The course is located in our front field adjacent to the Assault course and sits 13 meters high.

Our High Ropes Course has been build to provide team building and developmental challenges which can be changed to ensure on subsequent visits your teams are stretched to there full potential. The initial build will accommodate the addition of a climbing and abseiling wall as in the first impression. The work required to complete the course will cost a further £12,000.

Once fully completed this will be a very challenging course which can be booked in a variety of ways to suit the ability and needs of the group. The course will be available for bookings through out the week and in the summer evenings as well as weekends.

Lapwing Lodge has a unique Tree House for the more adventurous sleeping experience for up to 6 people.

The purpose built tree house is unheated with no internal equipment but offers a unique experience of camping outdoors at height. It is ideal for those undertaking the Scout Zodiac Award. Access is by rope ladder and therefore is not suitable for all.

Attached to the campsite we have a toilet and shower block as well as an external dishwashing area. There are two drinking water points on the campfield and another near the dishwashing area. All campers have access to token operated washing and drying facilities.
